Readings
What is a tarot reading?
YourTarotByD provides a personal, written interpretation of tarot or oracle cards to support reflection and perspective. Readings do not guarantee specific outcomes.
What is the difference between a single-card and a multi-card reading?
Single-card readings focus on one question and one card. Three-card and five-card readings explore more themes and require a separate paid purchase.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
You can ask reflective questions about relationships, personal growth, work and decisions. Open-ended questions about your own options are encouraged. Tarot cannot establish another person's private thoughts as fact.
Is tarot a substitute for professional advice?
No. Readings are for reflection and entertainment and are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial or emergency assistance.
Orders & Memberships
Can I buy a reading without a membership?
Yes. One-time purchases will be available separately from monthly memberships. A verified paid purchase can be redeemed once in the member portal.
What do Clarity Circle and Inner Circle include?
These planned memberships include set monthly allowances for single-card readings. Prices and allowances will be confirmed before subscriptions go on sale.
Can I buy additional readings while subscribed?
Yes. Separately purchased readings and multi-card upgrades are planned without deducting monthly single-card membership credits.
Do unused membership credits roll over?
The rollover and expiration policy is not yet finalized. These rules will be displayed before membership purchases are enabled.
How do cancellations and renewals work?
Recurring billing, cancellation timing and access after cancellation are being finalized and tested. Complete terms will be available before subscriptions launch.
Delivery & Priority
Where will I receive my reading?
Your written reading and private conversation will be available in your member portal, along with your reading history.
How can I check a reading's progress?
Sign in and open My Readings to view the status of your request, including pending, in progress and completed.
What is an ASAP Priority Reading?
A planned paid option to move an eligible reading ahead of standard requests in the review queue. Priority does not guarantee a specific completion time. Availability and pricing will be displayed before purchase.
How long does a reading take?
Specific turnaround times are not guaranteed at this stage. Delivery expectations will be shown when ordering.
Privacy & Support
Are my questions and readings private?
Reading threads are intended to be accessible to the customer and authorized YourTarotByD staff. Protect your login details and avoid sharing information you would not want stored in your reading history.
Can I return to previous readings?
Yes. The member portal stores reading history and private replies, subject to the final privacy and retention policy.
Can I request a refund?
Refund and cancellation policies are still being finalized. These terms will be available before paid launch.
How can I get help?
Customer support contact options will be published before launch. For now, this site is in sandbox testing and should not be used for real orders.
